经验教训：千万不要再去吃自助餐

今天早上与母亲去了淘宝店，买了一个水晶碟子和一套4件的小酒杯，两样东西都很漂亮。接着，我们就去了北岛酒家吃中午自助餐。结果，现在是晚上11:30分钟，我的胃还很难受，都是吃多了惹的祸。虽然下午还在Long Bay走了2个钟头，回家后喝了一杯鲜榨西柚汁，吃了两个小桔子，胃里的东西仍然还留在胃里。现在只好再喝一杯“常润茶”，希望明天好受些。

另: 正在看《巴菲特传》,写得非常好，推荐有时间看一看。

Just sent an email to Hanwei and dropped Stamp a line.

I met Gina at the office today.  It is very nice to chat with her.  She just came back from her holiday.  She went to Aussie for visiting her 80 years old mum. Her sister also went to there from the United States.  So they had a great family As I know, Gina was born in New Zealand and then went to South Africa. South Africa is an unsafe place because it is necessary to own a gun in there. A couple of years ago, she came back here and worked for the centre more than 5 years.
